  • 9 am – Executive Board meeting  
  • 9 am – Audit 
  • 2 pm to 5 pm LAFASNY Registration 

   LAFASNY Store and raffles will be open 

Day 2

Thursday, August 20, 2026

Morning Session 

  • 7:30 am – 8:15am – Registration and dues 
  • 8:30 am – Convention called to order 
  • 10 am– Joint Memorial Service with FASNY – Leave at 9:40 (All sit together) 
  • 11 am – Awards Ceremony for FASNY 
  • Recess for Lunch at noon (Luncheon) 
      • 1:30 pm – Convention will resume 
      • Recess until Friday Morning – Drawings 

Day 3

Friday, August 21, 2026

  • 9 am – Presidents go to FASNY meeting to greet President Perry 
  • 9:30 am – reconvene convention meeting. 
  • May need to break for lunch 
  • Adjournment 
  • 2nd Vice President Booster Awards & Drawings  
  • Dark Secrets drawing 

 

5PM – Installation of Officers – Reception immediately following 

  • Picture for Officers/Past Presidents 4pm 
  • Scholarship night at 6:30 pm 

Day 4

Saturday, August 22, 2026

  • 9 am Executive Board Meeting 
  • 9 am Audit if required. 
  • Annual FASNY Testimonial/Past President Dinner
